History
Sora McLeod was not born on Naboo.
Like many other Jedi, she was brought to the Jedi Praxeum at a young age. Growing up, Sora was a bright, friendly, intelligent, spirited girl with a sense of humor that often got her into trouble, and she remained so even after becoming a Jedi Knight.
Sora has a knack for befriending individuals and creatures of all kinds, even those with a more shady nature. She's a strong believer of not judging a book by it's cover, that there's always a chance that goodness is buried deep within, even in the darkest of souls. Soon after her arrival on Naboo, Sora discovered that her older brother, Tucker McLeod, had also been taken to the Jedi Temple and he had earned the rank of Jedi Knight.
When Sora was 13 years old, she became the Apprentice of Jedi Master Jancin Lorano. Once during her apprenticeship, Sora encountered two Sith. Despite Sora having done her best to avoid a fight, things escalated, and the young Jedi found herself quickly overwhelmed. Before her Master and a second team of Jedi could arrive, one of the Sith sliced right through her left leg, just below her knee. Her friend and fellow Jedi Apprentice, Angelus Relslef, carried her off to the awaiting speeder as his Master and her's held off the two Sith. Sora had a long recovery, but was eventually fitted with a prosthetic. Sora also had various run-ins with other Sith, and at times she felt like a magnet for them.

She was 18 when she passed her trials, and was given the rank of Jedi Knight. At first the transition from Padawan to Knight was awkward, but within a year or so she had herself figured out.
A few years later.. ..everything changed.

When the War began, Sora was of course fighting alongside her fellow Jedi in defense of Naboo. During one of those battles,
Sora was captured by a pair of Sith, named Razeel and Sigma. They altered her memories, tortured her, abused her physically and mentally, performed experiments, starved her. As a result, she's missing many memories from her past, and from the darkest time in her life.
After having been at their mercy for nearly two years, she was rescued along with her cellmate, Paul Callahan, by Justin Callahan.
It's been a few months since then, and Sora is still recovering from her hellish ordeal, and still has a long road of recovery ahead of her.
